The Principals

Paul Brighton was born in New York and comes from a background in the arts as diverse and rich as one can hope for when working in highly competitive fields like typical Hollywood-based industries. As a partner and Executive producer in AP-RED, Paul is the consummate entrepreneurial manager and director. With years of retail experience managing stores with revenue in the tens of millions, Paul understands the importance of maximizing customer experiences, organization and operations management, and the training staff to produce successful results. Currently Paul's role includes Operations Manager, Creative & Marketing Director, to Design, Music and Videography.

Jeffrey Fass was born in The Bronx, New York, and at early age had a passion for music and a penchant for how things worked. In his late teens, Jeffrey's love of music led him to study music engineering. After years of fiddling with knobs, Jeffrey was ready to take on a life-changing experience and moved to London. After a short search for work Jeffrey landed a job at London's prestigious Decca Records as a budding engineer. There, Jeffrey's love of music blossomed further and all of his curiosities about the music business were fulfilled. He recorded jazz, classical and rock records, which exposed him further to the world of music and drove him to a community of artists and a hip London scene. In 80's and 90's, Jeffrey concentrated on music publishing, audio engineering for film and radio, Inheriting his father's love for music. Currently Jeffrey is owner and principal of Linear Design in Hartsdale, New York, where he spends time weaving his technical web wizardry.

As a partner in AP-RED, Jeffrey's focus and strengths lie deep in his ability to take ideas and visions and makes them come to technical fruition. He is an expert in creating and manifesting web-based architecture that is intuitive, organic and based solely on providing the best user-friendly experience possible. His successful relations with partners and clients makes him an engaging and open-minded person that is instrumental in the success of this business.
