Kelly Osbourne Surgery: 'I'm Putting It Off Until I Become a Cripple'

Kelly Osbourne is one tough chick.

But not that tough.

The Fashion Police starlet tells me she has ditched plans to have surgery on both her feet.

Why?

"I'm putting it off until I become a cripple," she tells me. "There's no way I could it."

What happened? She told me back in December she had to have the double operation because of problems she's had for quite some time. While Dancing With the Stars may have helped her get a rockin' bod, all that ballrooming made her feet worse.

"They're going to break four bones in my feet and some ligaments," Osbourne explained. "When I saw what was actually involved, I was like, No!"

She's just going to (maybe) grin and bare it…for now. "It hurts," she says. "But I'm not going to do it. I'll just put up with it until I can't put up with it anymore."
