Before the sun hit the Hollywood sign out west, there was already a golden hue all over tinsel town this morning as Oscar took center stage for the announcement of the nominees for the 82nd Annual Academy Awards!
For the first time, an ex husband and wife (James Cameron/"Avatar" & Kathryn Bigelow/"The Hurt Locker") will be competing for "Best Director". Another first is there will be 10 best-picture nominees opposed to the previous years 5.
And the nominees are -
